This award and our work recognisition become more valuable as the team’s energy and communication projects unfolded in a sensitive, unpredictible context.
Despite this, we managed to secure succesful results in the last two years.

About SkyTower
SkyTower is the tallest building in Romania and the most iconic office building of Bucharest. The tower has 37 floors reaching a height of 137 meters above ground and 60 meters of underground structure, hosting 5 floors of parking and storage spaces. All working spaces within SkyTower have natural lighting and the upper floors benefit from high-speed elevators reaching a maximum speed of 6 meters per second. SkyTower is the first and currently the only building in Romanian certified with LEED Platinum for Building Operations & Maintenance.
Since its completion in December 2012, SkyTower has become a city landmark, reshaping the skyline of the new CBD in northern Bucharest, and boosting the development of new business projects in the Floreasca-Aurel Vlaicu area.
