Bucharest, December 2024 – SkyTower Bucharest, an iconic landmark of Bucharest and the tallest building in Romania, with the support of its shareholders, announces a total donation of €25,000 for 2024, divided among four non-profit organisations supporting children’s education, therapy and social inclusion.
The four non-profit associations benefiting from donations from SkyTower & RPHI Romania are: Climb Again Association, Mia’s Children Association, SOS Children’s Villages Association, and Autism Voice Association. These contributions underline SkyTower’s ongoing commitment to initiatives that assist the community and its wellbeing, with a special focus on projects aimed at protecting children and younger generations.
Climb Again Association (https://invizibili.climbagain.ro/): This organization is dedicated to supporting children and adolescents with disabilities by offering therapy through climbing, an innovative activity that develops motor skills and self-confidence. It also organizes social inclusion sessions, creating an environment where these young people feel valued and included.
Mia’s Children (https://www.mias-children.ro/en/): Founded to address the needs of children from underprivileged backgrounds, Mia’s Children provides educational support, artistic activities, and social counseling. Through its programs, children at risk gain personal development opportunities and access to a brighter future.
SOS Children’s Villages Association (https://www.sos-satelecopiilor.ro/): With over three decades of experience, this organization creates homes for children left without parental care. By combining emotional, educational, and material support, SOS Children’s Villages offers these children the chance for a normal life and a stable environment in which to grow.
Autism Voice Association (https://autismvoice.ro/): The first organization in Romania to implement ABA therapy, Autism Voice has transformed the lives of thousands of children diagnosed with autism. Established in 2008, the association conducts individualized therapy and social integration programs, contributing to the harmonious development of its beneficiaries.
