Bucharest, 30 May 2023 – SkyTower, the tallest building in Romania, announces the signing of two new lease contracts, each for a period of 5 years.
AMS ACCELERATE IT THROUGH PEOPLE SA and Credit Amanet SA signed contracts for a total area of approximately 600 square metres, both office spaces being located on the 9 th floor of the tower.
AMS ACCELERATE IT is an IT recruitment company founded in 2007 dealing with the recruitment of specialised staff for client’s projects.
Credit Amanet SA is a joint stock company that dates back almost 15 years on the Romanian market, being the market leader in Bucharest. The company offers short- term mortgage and currency exchange lending services and manages the most diversified trading platform for precious metals, jewellery and luxury products.

About SkyTower
SkyTower is the tallest building in Romania and the most iconic office building in Bucharest. The tower has 37 floors, reaching a height of 137 metres above the ground and 60 metres of underground structure with 5 floors of parking and storage spaces. All the office areas in SkyTower are naturally lit, and the upper floors benefit from high-speed elevators that reach a maximum speed of 6 metres per second.
SkyTower is the first and currently the only office building in Romania LEED Platinum Operations and Maintenance (Operations and Maintenance) certified, and also holds the Gold DGNB attestation for sustainable buildings, following the evaluation by ÖGNI (Austrian Society for sustainable real estate management). Moreover, SkyTower is the first building in Romania that is SHORE Gold certified.
Also, from February 2023, SkyTower is the only building in Romania that is a member of the World Federation of Emblematic Towers – WFGT (World Federation of Great Towers).
Since the construction was completed in December 2012, SkyTower has become an emblem of the city, reshaping the skyline of the new business district in the north of Bucharest and stimulating the development of new projects in the Floreasca – Aurel Vlaicu area.
SkyTower is owned and managed by Raiffeisen Property Holding International (RPHI) and, after ten years of successful activity on the local market, it currently has an occupancy rate of 100%.
