The Embassy of the Republic of Korea relocates to SkyTower

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea will relocate to its new headquarters, starting in July this year. It will occupy the entire 33rd floor of SkyTower, which has been completely adapted to the requirements of the embassy. The lease was signed for a period of 5 years.

We made this decision because due to the move to SkyTower we will benefit from a series of facilities that guarantee a high degree of efficiency of the activity and an increased level of comfort for the embassy staff. We are delighted that the new headquarters of the Embassy will be on the 33rd floor of the most modern office building in the capital and we are pleased that, with the relocation, we will remain in the northern part of the city,

said Kim Eun-Joong, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea..

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea becomes the 23rd tenant of SkyTower, along with companies in various fields of activity, from the banking industry to IT&C, architecture or the energy sector. The occupancy rate of the building thus amounts to 96%, the leases having an average term of 5 years.
